HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Processing time may vary depending on your geographic location. click here to view our shipping time table. Our items are made to order and they take between 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

An email notification with your tracking number and a tracking link will be sent to you once we ship your order. you can easily follow your parcels journey.

WHAT IS THE STORE'S CANCELLATION POLICY?

To cancel a product please contact us ASAP on info@kopclobber.com. We respond to all emails within 24 hours. If the order is already processed with our suppliers it cannot be canceled.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you are not happy with the sizing or if a product has a defect, you can return it within 31 days. Please send us an email on info@kopclobber.com and let us know what size you would like in exchange if the product has a defect please send us an image of the fault.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT BACK?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an un-deliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned the customer. You will receive a notification once the order arrives back at our facility. We are able to then reship your package or update your shipping address if wrongly implemented.

Kop Clobber was established in Ireland in 2017 but we have distributors for our products worldwide including  x2 in Europe (Spain & Latvia)  x2 in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia & Japan with new fulfillment centers being added regularly.

TRACKING FAQS

I didn't receive my tracking number after I placed my order?

Tracking numbers aren't immediately available once you have placed your order. It takes around 3-5 business days to get your tracking details, after that you will receive an email regarding your shipment details. 

 

I've received certain items, but not all items from my order?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.

 

Shipping time proceeded and I still didn't receive my item(s)? 

Sometimes it occurs that we attempt to deliver your items multiple times, but weren't able to reach you. We then ask you to check your mailbox. 

The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers so there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure you get in touch with our support team no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

 

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers systems. International shipping generally takes between 5-20 days, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you'll receive it. If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.
