WHAT IS THE STORE'S CANCELLATION POLICY?
To cancel a product please contact us ASAP on email@example.com. We respond to all emails within 24 hours. If the order is already processed with our suppliers it cannot be canceled as your order has already been shipped.

If you are not happy with the sizing or if a product has a defect, you can return it within 31 days. Please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what size you would like in exchange if the product has a defect please send us an image of the fault.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers aren't immediately available once you have placed your order. It takes around 3-5 business days to get your tracking details, after that you will receive an email regarding your shipment details.
I RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER BUT NOT ALL OF IT?
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. This is more common if two different type of items are ordered (like a tee and a mug) but don't worry the other part of your order will be on its way and with you shortly.
SHIPPING TIME PROCEEDED AND I STILL HAVNT RECEIVED MY ORDER?
The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers so there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?
On rare occasions your tracking link may show that the item has been shipped but no more information, If this happens don't worry your parcel is still on its way to you, if the estimated delivery time has been exceeded let us know and we will contact the courier to get more info for you.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?
Many of our products have different sizing's, to make sure that you buy the right size we have included a size guide on each products page. The size guide is located at the bottom of the product page, underneath the description.
Some of our products are standard sizing and some are fashion fit (muscle fit) so use the sizing chart to help you pick what's best for you.
WHY IS THERE A STRANGE SMELL FROM MY ORDER?
If your order arrives and the garment has a strange smell don't worry this is the ink which is used to print the design, this smell will go away within an hour or two after the garment has been taken out of its packaging or immediately if you wash it.
