HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Processing time may vary in the demand and the stock of our products. BE AWARE that all items generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. After that, the item will generally arrive within 5-20 days. 


 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

An email notification with your tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. 

 

WHAT IS THE STORE'S CANCELLATION POLICY?

To cancel a product, please contact us immediately at our contact page or e-mail: info@kopclobber.com. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours. If the order is placed by our designers, your order cannot be canceled.


WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If a product has a defect, you can return it within 31 days. Please send us an email with a picture of the defect to info@kopclobber.com or contact us through our contact page. As each garment is made to order If the item does not fit we do not accept returns.

 

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT BACK?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end customer. You will receive a notification once the order arrives back at our facility. We are able to then reship your package or update your shipping address if wrongly implemented. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by your customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided. The customer is responsible for this.

Kop Clobber was established in Ireland in 2018, we have distributors in Europe and the USA and we ship worldwide.

TRACKING FAQS

I didn't receive my tracking number after I placed my order?

Tracking numbers aren't immediately available once you have placed your order. It takes around 3-5 business days to get your tracking details, after that you will receive an email regarding your shipment details. 

 

I've received certain items, but not all items from my order?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.

 

Shipping time proceeded and I still didn't receive my item(s)? 

Sometimes it occurs that we attempt to deliver your items multiple times, but weren't able to reach you. We then ask you to check your mailbox. 

The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers so there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure you get in touch with our support team no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

 

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers systems. International shipping generally takes between 5-20 days, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you'll receive it. If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.
